General Services Division is responsible for Administrative affairs of the NAS(National Institute of Agricultural Sciences), such as personnel, facilities management, budget and accounting. There are three operational teams, which is as follows.
(1) Personnel Team
works for establishing the core task & research strategy of an organization such as operating organization·human resources including financial operation, revitalization of research activity, and devising a strategy of organization's development, etc.
(2) Facilities And Accounting Team
It is responsible for the management of state-owned property and research facilities by securing safety and saving energy. It also provides accounting services such as employee salaries and budget execution.
(3) Procurement Team
To support the research projects efficiently, its duty is to supply goods, equipment, and other research related facilities to researchers. And it also has responsibility to manage those research related goods and equipment.
